For more than 3 centuries since the arrival of the Spanish conquerors, Vilcabamba, a valley located near Machupicchu and Choquequirao, became the most appropriate place for the Inca resistance, so the conquest was very hard due to the iron and strategic defense. TOUR ITINERARY
DAY 1: ARRIVAL
Pickup from Hydroelectric at 2:30pm, at 3:00 pm visit the Cocalmayo Hot Springs, then continue to Ecoterra Inka Lodge, arriving around 7:30 pm for dinner. Open Bar until 10:30 PM.
DAY 2: COFFEE EXPERIENCE
Breakfast at 7:30am, at 8:30 am visit the Arco Iris waterfall and fish farm, followed by trekking along the lodge trails. After lunch at 2:30pm, begin the Coffee Experience with activities at the coffee plantation, explanation of harvesting techniques, processes until the final product is obtained, and coffee tasting. In the evening, after dinner, enjoy the table games. Open Bar until 10:30 pm.
DIA 3: VILCABAMBA
Breakfast at 5:30am, departure for the archaeological circuit of Rosaspata – Ñustahispana, 2-hour bus ride, arriving in Huancacalle at 8:00am, followed by a 3-hour trek and cultural activities. Return to Cusco at noon.
